We are passionate about our cattle and pride ourselves on low stress handling methods, which encourages a quiet and calm nature to the animal. The care we take with handling directly attributes to the tenderness of the meat.
The cattle are grown to an optimum desired weight with a consistent grass and homegrown silage diet. We believe this adds flavour and tenderness to the beef.
